My Victorian Style Series: Dining Room , Part 3

Today, I am sharing the final part of my Dining Room Tour.

I want to Thank The Tumbleweed Contessa for featuring my post, The 2015 Philadelphia Flower Show,
from last week's What'd You Do This Weekend? Party!!
Thanks so much!!

Please stop by and visit and link up to this party!!

Now back to the Tour of our Dining Room.......

In Part 1, I showed you our buffet and new rugs.
If you missed that post, please click HERE

In Part 2, I shared one of the 2 curio's in this room and the hutch.......
If you missed that post please click HERE

In Part 3, the final part of the Tour, I am sharing the remainder of the Dining Room......
We'll start over in this corner, created by a window that we hung as a divider between the Dining Room and the Living Room......
We will start here at this antique smoking table .........
A 3 piece Tea Cup Set........
The Crystal Bowl was a Church Flea Market find.....
This is a photo of my Maternal Grandmother ( on the left) and one of her cousins.....
Below the table.........

To create a shelf, I always used a tray placed on top of the frame but I have been cleaning out my attic and I found this tiered server that, honestly, I never have used since I bought it on Clearance at Target several years ago......
It fits perfectly right underneath........

On the top tier is a jar candle holder which I take and put on the table to burn when I want the house to be filled with a beautiful scent.......
And on the bottom tier.......
In Part 2, I showed you a lovely Tea Cup and Saucer that my Blogger friend, Susan, from over at Eclectic Shorebird, gifted me along with several other beautiful items a few months ago......

This tea cup was one of them ........
I will share another tea cup and saucer in a bit.......

This was gifted to me by another friend........
Back over in the corner......
I like to use the window divider to hang  things on........
Joe gifted me this wall clock some time ago......
The Christmas Tree is now put away and this round table in now back in it's place.....
The lamp was a Church Flea Market find that I added the crystals to........
A Victorian Vignette.......
A Home Interiors figurine......
A crystal tray with some faux treats........
Another Home Interiors figurine....
The photo is the small frame is my Maternal Grand Mother holding my Mother as a Baby......
I just love how this lamp looks in the Evening......
And you can use it as a night light......
I have 3 layers of tablecloths on this table........

A White Lace Topper
A Rose colored Damask Lenox Tablecloth bought on Ebay
A Hunter Green Damask Tablecloth
Next to the table on a marble topped pedestal is another Doll in my Victorian Doll Collection......
I bought her for $5.00 brand new at a flea market....
On the other side of this wall is the hall way from the Living Room to the Kitchen.....
Almost everything on the wall are Home Interiors products.......
To the side of the large picture.......
Home Interiors items.....
On top of the picture are 2 swags that I put together, added a ribbon bow to and hung a lace fringed runner from.......
This picture is one of my favorites, " May I Play?"
This is a set of 4 Lefton plaques that I bought at a yard sale for $2.00 each!!
Underneath the picture on a Home Interiors Shelf.....
More of my Tea Cup Collection......
This is another Tea Cup gifted to me by dear Susan.......
Isn't it beautiful?

It is a bit different than the Moss Rose one that Susan also gifted me that I shared on Part 2 of the Tour of my Dining Room......
It also was a Lusterware finish to it........
 Thanks again, dear Susan!!

A crystal candle holder sits in the middle of the shelf......
Another tea cup and saucer........
I love the shape of the cup.......
Looking over to the other corner by the Kitchen.....
A frame that Joe gifted to me.....
On the shelf next to the Curio is another Home Interiors figurine.........
On top of the Curio.......
My fake window that I created to hide the pass through between the Dining Room and the Kitchen......
I bought the Floral Swag at a church Flea Market this past Summer......
This is the other Curio that I received from my neighbor Elly's son as a Thank You for watching her home since she is in a Nursing Home.....

Next to it is a marble topped table that I used to have in the Den......
I thought it looked more suited to this room.......
I have my vintage "Funeral" basket displayed on top of it......
I love to decorate this with florals for each season and Holiday so now I have Spring flowers in it...
Back to the Curio.....

Top shelves......
Bottom shelves.....
This piece of stained glass was also a church Flea Market find!!
I hung it to add to the window effect in the pass through.......
Looks much better when the lights are on in the Kitchen.......
Makes me think I live in a beautiful Victorian Queen Anne Home!!
And not in a townhouse built in the 1970's!!

This is a cabinet that was built by my Dad to match our Dining Room furniture which was inherited from Joe's Maternal Grandmother.......
It was originally used as a Wine Cabinet but since there has not been any alcohol of any sort in this house for 28 years, I now use it for CD's.

Some day, I will tell you the story about what I just said about the Alcohol.......

On top of the cabinet........
An Ode to Spring , which we still have no signs of!!!
I bought the 2 candle holders at Salvation Army.....
A Flea Market find.......
A little "nest"......
Another Thomas Kinkade Pink Lady......
My Victorian Melodium......
A yard sale find......
Several Instant Relatives ( photos bought at yard sales, flea markets and estate sales)
More of my Tea Cup Collection on a shelf above the door way into the kitchen......
Some of my Tea Cups........
Tassel Dolls......
The tea cup and saucer on the left side matches the little box that is on the cabinet that my Dad made.....

And last is the chandy........
So that concludes my tour of the Dining Room...........

It is my most Victorian looking room in our townhouse and it makes me feel like I am in a Tea Room or the Dining Room of a Victorian Bed and Breakfast!!

Since I can not travel due to health issues, many years ago, I decided to turn our 1970's Townhouse, which was not my Dream House, into the House of My Dreams.

I wanted it to feel like a Victorian Bed and Breakfast where I would love to stay at while on vacation.

Now I feel like I am always on vacation when I walk into my home.......

I won't be posting for several days as Joe is off for 5 days and even though I am working for 3 of them, I have some "jobs" lined up for him to do......

I will be catching up on my return visits though......

We will also be celebrating Danielle's ( Daughter-in-love) Birthday on Sunday.....

I have been doing Big Time Purging up in our Attic as part of my Quest for Organization this year.

Because of this, I decided to skip decorating for Easter this year. I just have this need to get everything in the house back to "normal".  I guess meaning no Holiday decorations.......

Slowly, I am getting there.....

I hope you will be back soon to visit.......
